(Open to the General Public)
The ECK Worship Service is a public event. It is a place where one may come to learn of
the Light and Sound of God. It is open to people of all faiths and provides an opportunity
to experience the contemplative, yet practical nature of living a conscious spiritual
life.
ECK Worship Services are officiated by a member of the ECK clergy and last for about an
hour. Presented in three parts, the service consists of a reading from the
spiritual works of ECKANKAR, a spiritual exercise-the song of HU and a general discussion
of the spiritual works of ECK. Each week focuses on a specific topic, although discussion
is not restricted to any one area. All participants are invited to join in the
conversation or just enjoy the service.
Seekers interested in exploring the teachings of ECKANKAR or just looking for a place of
worship are particularly encouraged to attend the ECK Worship Service. In Washington, D.C.,
ECK Worship Services are currently being held at 3636 16th St. N.W., Suite
AG-48, Washington, D.C.
